  This package contains all required buffers for performing PCR reactions only. RT buffers are not part of this package.
  
  For most standard PCR applications, we recommend using recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase (Cat. no. E2500). Native Tth DNA polymerase is applied in certain non-standard PCRs, mostly in applications, where presence of any remaining trace of enterobacterial DNA requires being ruled out by experimental design.

  Note: Tth DNA Polymerase and Tth Reverse Transcriptase are identical enzymes. The unit definition of Tth DNA Polymerase is based upon DNA polymerase activity, wheras the Tth Reverse Transcriptase unit definition refers to Reverse Transcriptase activity. Thus, 100 U of Tth Reverse Transcriptase contains a larger amount of enzyme than 100 U of Tth DNA Polymerase.
