For most standard PCR applications, we recommend using recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase (Cat. no. E2500). Native Tfl DNA polymerase is applied in certain non-standard PCRs, mostly in applications, where presence of any remaining trace of enterobacterial DNA requires being ruled out by experimental design
