Melting Temperature (Tm) Calculation
Calculate Tm's using the base-stacking method (nearest-neighbor method).Default parameters are: 500 nM primer concentration, 50 mM salt concentration, 1,5 mM Mg2+ concentration.

Figure: Proofreading PCR amplification with Polymerase X - Hybrid DNA Polymerase (Cat. No. E2950) in a size range between ~1 and 12 kb. Molecular weight marker MW (PerfectPlus™ 1kb DNA Ladder). Lanes 1.1 to 12 kb: PCR amplification reactions (each reaction 1.0 U EURx Polymerase X - Hybrid DNA Polymerase, Pfu Buffer, 0.25 - 0.3 mM dNTPs; 50 µl reaction volume).
